At Kansas Strength and Performance, we are a community of athletes who are constantly striving to rise to the next challenge thrown our way, be it our sport, job, kids or simply life. By embracing “Old School” proven traditions and dedicating ourselves to creating a program based off real life results. We don’t support gimmicks or fads. We have crushed the cookie cutter, big box gym programs, full of machines (generally used incorrectly) and done at a snail’s pace, while watching televisions.

KSP programing is just as real as the results. The training is going to be tough. Understanding there are no shortcuts to your ultimate fitness goals, whether it be lost inches, gained strength, or size, is vital and half the battle! All it takes to reach your ultimate goals as a KSP athlete, is your accountability and a strong will to succeed.
